• Established new law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts upon appeal of Blue Cross/Blue Shield’s denial of drug coverage for children with idiopathic short stature.
  

• Upon challenge by retirees, upheld employer termination of retiree health insurance coverage by successor company.
  

• Upon challenge by long term employee, upheld termination of retiree medical plan benefit.
  

• Successfully represented employer in bankruptcy as special ERISA counsel to obtain approval for termination of defined benefit pension plan over opposition of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
