December 2023 Employment Law Update

NELGPC just presented the Monthly Legal Update to the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association.  It will be a busy holiday season for Human Resource Professionals!   Discussed today are the IRS Long Term Part Time Employee inclusion rules for ERISA Plans, the recently issued updated PFML Poster and Employee Notice, unanswered questions concerning PFML “Top Off”, and words of caution for employers “interfering” with DOL investigations or regulating employee political speech in the workplace.
